How our carpet deep cleaning works
Carpet deep cleaning (also called carpet shampooing or carpet washing) with hot-water extraction is the method most carpet manufacturers recommend. It rinses the fibres rather than leaving soap residue behind, so carpets stay cleaner for longer.
- Inspect and test the fibre type and colourfastness.
- Dry vacuum to remove grit, hair and loose soil.
- Pre-treat traffic lanes, spots and odour areas.
- Hot-water extraction to flush the fibres and pull the dirty water back out.
- Groom and dry. We set up airflow, and most carpets are dry in a few hours.
On-site carpet cleaning or off-site rug cleaning?
Fitted carpets are cleaned where they are. Loose rugs, especially wool, shaggy or heavily soiled ones, come out cleaner off-site, where they can be fully washed, rinsed and dried evenly. On-site cleaning can’t rinse a rug as thoroughly.

How often should carpets be cleaned in Singapore?
Every 6 to 12 months for homes, and more often with pets, young kids or heavy foot traffic. Offices usually schedule a deep clean every 3 to 6 months.
How long does a carpet take to dry?
Usually 4 to 8 hours, depending on pile thickness, airflow and humidity. Running the aircon or a fan speeds it up.
Can you remove pet urine smell from carpet?
In most cases, yes. Urine soaks into the backing and underlay, so it needs treatment and extraction, not just surface cleaning. Very old or repeated accidents may need more than one treatment.
